SERVICE COMMITMENTS AND EXPECTATIONS

For the prospective customer, we offer quality and consistent customer service that is both affordable and flexible. We move your product safely and efficiently anywhere within our shipping lanes! Whether it is local, line-haul, or dedicated, we can meet your needs! Whether your shipment requires standard overnight delivery or expedited same day delivery our operations staff is here to serve you. We have the capability to move your product locally, regionally, or anywhere within the state. EQUIPMENT

Our fleet is made up of late model 53' dry vans. 70% of our trailer fleet is less then 5 years old and has air ride suspension. All trailers have reinforced frames and flooring to add an extra level of protection for heavy loads and loading safety. All trailers are inspected every 90 days and are rigorously maintained to ensure safe operation. All trailers have swing doors for maximum loading efficiency. We maintain clean equipment that provides an exemplary extension of your company to YOUR customers!

DRIVERS

Fred Haines & Company Inc. has some of the finest owner operators in the business, period. Drivers who work for us have been rigorously screened to ensure that they meet the high standards of service that will be expected of them. Our customers have high expectations of on-time pickup and delivery of their freight. As such we expect our drivers to be able to meet or exceed these challenges. Our drivers are a reflection of not only Fred Haines and Company Inc., but our customers as well. As such, a high degree of professionalism and experience is required. All owner operators are required to meet our tough hiring standards, because of these high standards you can trust that your freight will be in the finest hands in the industry.

OPERATIONS

Our Operations and Safety Department is staffed and ready to serve you Monday through Friday from 7:30am until 5pm. Just like our driver base, our operations staff comprises some of the finest and most experienced personnel in the industry. There will always be an account manager on call before, during, and after hours to meet your transportation needs. Whether it is re-directing a load already in transit, scheduling a new load, or load tracking, our dispatch staff is here to serve our valued customers with a level of service that is a cut above our competition! DIRECTIONS

From Los Angeles:

Freeway 99 north to Fresno, take Highway 41 north through Fresno, and into Madera county. Take the exit for Children's Hospital of Central California (Children's Blvd) and follow it around. Stay in the right lane you will pass over Hwy 41. Make your 1st right onto Lanes Bridges Road (access to Ave 10). Get into the left lane and go to the stop sign (1/4 mile) and turn left onto Avenue 10. Proceed west on Avenue 10 for one mile until you see Brickyard industrial park on your right. Brickyard drive is the road that runs through the park and it is shaped like a horseshoe. Go to the first Brickyard drive entrance and turn right. Fred Haines & Company Inc will be at the end of the block on the left, there is a sign out front identifying us.

From Sacramento:

Freeway 99 south through Madera and exit at Avenue 12. Proceed east on Avenue 12 for about 9 miles through the Madera Ranchos, until you come to a traffic light. Turn right at the light onto Highway 41 south. Take the exit for Children's Hospital of Central California (Children's Boulevard). Turn right onto Children's Blvd. Make your next immediate right onto Lanes Bridges Road. Get into the left lane and go to the stop sign (1/4 mile) and turn left onto Avenue 10. Proceed west on Avenue 10 for one mile until you see Brickyard industrial park on your right. Brickyard drive is the road that runs through the park and it is shaped like a horseshoe. Go to the first Brickyard drive entrance and turn right. Fred Haines & Company Inc will be at the end of the block on the left, there is a sign out front identifying us.

From Bay Area:

Highway 101 south towards Gilroy. Take Hwy 152 east towards Los Banos. Follow 152 east through Los Banos until you reach Hwy 99 and go south towards Fresno. Follow the directions from Sacramento listed above to our Facility.
