SERVICE COMMITMENTS AND EXPECTATIONS

For the perspective customer we can offer you quality and consistent customer service that is both affordable and flexible. We can move your product safely and efficiently anywhere within our shipping lanes! Whether it is local, line-haul, or dedicated, we can meet your needs! Whether your shipment requires standard overnight delivery or expedited same day delivery our operations staff is here to serve you. We have the capability to move your product locally, regionally, or anywhere within the state. EQUIPMENT

Our fleet is made up of late model 53' dry vans. 50% of our trailer fleet is less then 3 years old and has air ride suspension. All trailers have reinforced frames and flooring to add an extra level of protection for heavy loads and loading safety. All trailers are inspected every 90 days and are rigorously maintained to ensure safe operation. All trailers have swing doors for maximum loading efficiency.

DRIVERS

Fred Haines & Company Inc. has some of the finest owner operators in the business period. Drivers who work for us have been rigorously screened to ensure that they meet the high standards of service that will be expected of them. We know that our customers have high expectations of on-time pickup and delivery of their freight. As such we expect our drivers to be able to meet or exceed these challenges. Our drivers are a reflection of not only Fred Haines and Company Inc., but you our customer as well. As such a high degree of professionalism and experience is required. All owner operators are required to meet our tough hiring standards, because of these high standards you can trust that your freight will be in the finest hands in the industry.

OPERATIONS

Our Operations and Safety Department is staffed and ready to serve you Monday through Friday from 7:30am until 5pm. Just like our driver base, our operations staff comprises some of the finest and most experienced personnel in the industry. There will always be an account manager on call before, during, and after hours to meet your transportation needs. Whether it is re-directing a load already in transit, scheduling a new load, or load tracking, our dispatch staff is here to serve you, our valued customers and professional drivers with level of service a cut above! DIRECTIONS

From Los Angeles:

Freeway 99 north to Fresno, take Highway 41 north through Fresno, and into Madera county. Take the exit for Children's Hospital of Central California (Children's Blvd) and follow it around. Stay in the right lane you will pass over Hwy 41. Go through the traffic light and make your 1st right onto Lanes Bridges Road. Get into the left lane and go to the stop sign (1/4 mile) and turn left onto Avenue 10. Proceed west on Avenue 10 for one mile until you see Brickyard industrial park on your right. Brickyard drive is the road that runs through the park and it is shaped like a horseshoe. Go past the first Brickyard drive to the second Brickyard drive and turn right, there is a sign out front that will direct you to Fred Haines & Company Inc. Once you have turned onto Brickyard drive we are the first building on the left the suite number is #105. There is a sign out front identifying us.

From Sacramento:

Freeway 99 south through Madera and exit at Avenue 12. Proceed east on Avenue 12 for about 9 miles until you come to a traffic light. Turn right at the light onto Highway 41 south. Take the exit for Children's Hospital of Central California and follow to the traffic light and turn right onto Children's Blvd. Make your next immediate right onto Lanes Bridges Road. Get into the left lane and go to the stop sign (1/4 mile) and turn left onto Avenue 10. Proceed west on Avenue 10 for one mile until you see Brickyard industrial park on your right. From Bay Area:

Highway 101 south towards Gilroy. Take Hwy 152 east towards Los Banos. Follow 152 east through Los Banos until you reach Hwy 99 and go south towards Fresno. Follow the directions from Sacramento listed above to our Facility.
